Stronglifts: How To Use The Progress Graphs (iPhone)

You can access your progress graphs on the Stronglifts app like this:

  1. Select "Programs"

Stronglifts Weightlifting app home screen

Overview Screen

When you tap "progress" you'll see an overview of every exercise that's currently part of a training program, plus your body-weight and total.

  • Squat, Bench, Deadlift are bookmarked by default since they're the main lifts for most people. Tap the exercise, then tap the bookmark icon in the top right corner if you don't want it to be bookmarked. You can do this for any exercise.
  • Total stands for powerlifting total - Squat + Bench + Deadlift. It's an easy way to track your overall progress of the main lifts.
  • Tap on any exercise to see the detailed progress screen. You'll get a full screen graph here that you can view by timeframe (1m, 3m, 6m, 1y, 2y, all).

The progress graphs show how your lifts and body-weight have improved over time.
