Stronglifts: How To Schedule Workouts (Android)
The Stronglifts Weightlifting App allows you to tailor your workout schedule to suit your needs. You are able to develop a schedule based on what days you work out, how many times in a week you work out as well as the ability to change it at whatever stage you'd like.
Here's how to edit your schedule:
- Select "Programs"
- Select "Workouts"
- Select "Schedule"
- Tailor to how many times in a week you'd like to exercise
- Or, select which days of the week you'd like to train on
- Your new schedule will appear on your home workout screen
Can I Change My Workout On The Day?
You can easily change your workout for the day like this:
- Start your workout
- Select the workout name
- Select the workout you want to do
