When to Workout (Android)
You do three workouts per week, with at least one rest day inbetween.
Most people train Monday, Wednesday, Friday. But you can also train Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Or Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Four days per week is not a good idea because it changes your training days each week. You'll be training Monday's some weeks, Tuesday on others. It's better to train on the same days, at the same times, each week, as this builds a habit. So better to train three times a week to have consistent training days.
The app currently doesn't tell you when to do your next workout. It assumes you've read the guide on the website. I recommend you to read it as it will give you a better understanding of how this program works. Go here - https://stronglifts.com/5x5/
This means that you should only log a workout on the day you train. Go to go the gym, log your workout, done. The app will show you next workout. You can open it if you're curious, but ignore the date at the top. You don't need to change it. Jsut leave it as is, it will change automatically the next time you log your workout.
