Always Contact us From The App

You can contact us directly by emailing us at However we can help you faster if you contact us from the app. This automatically adds information about your device and workout history. It saves you having to provide that information, and helps us help you better.

Contact us therefore from the app. Here's how:

  • Open the app on your Android device.
  • Tap the 3 dots menu in the top right corner.
  • Tap "Help", then tap the mail icon in the top right corner.

Login with Google or Facebook

Please login with Google or Facebook inside the app before you contact us. This will sync your workouts and settings with our servers. We can then login as you to more easily reproduce the issue that you may be having with the app. It makes it easier to

Install The Latest App Version First

Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. We constantly improve the app. If you're having an issue with the app, chances are we've already resolved it. So it could be just updated the app already fixes the issue. You can update the app from the Google Play store. Direct link:

Explain The Issue

The quicker we can reproduce the issue you're having, the quicker we can give you a solution. So add the following information:

  • What did the app do/not do?
  • What should the app have done instead?
  • How to reproduce the issue?

It helps us a lot to understand what you mean if you share screenshots. Even better is a video where you go through each step. Once we see what you're doing and what the app is doing, we immediately understand what you mean and can work on a solution. So please provide this information.
