How to Recover Stronglifts Pro

If you've purchased Stronglifts Pro but are still being prompted to pay, the app may not recognize your purchase. Please follow these steps to restore your Stronglifts Pro purchase.

Recovering Stronglifts Pro on iOS (iPhone, iPad)

To recover your Stronglifts Pro purchase on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps...

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Select "Restore Purchase"

Recovering Stronglifts Pro on Android

To recover your Stronglifts Pro purchase on your Android device (Google, Samsung, etc), please follow these steps...

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Your purchase will now automatically be back.

Troubleshooting

I tried to recover Stronglifts Pro on iOS but it doesn't work

Your device is most likely not set up with the Apple ID that you used to purchase. You can verify this like this:

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your photo at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Purchase History. Sign in if asked to.
  4. If you can't find Stronglifts, you were probably signed in with a different Apple ID when you purchased Stronglifts Pro.
  5. Sign in with your other Apple ID and check your purchase history again.
  6. If you see your Stronglifts purchase now, you can recover it using the steps described above.

I tried to recover Stronglifts Pro on Android but it doesn't work

Your device is most likely not set up with the Google Account that you used to purchase. You can verify this like this:

  1. Visit Google Play or payments.google.com.
  2. If you can't find Stronglifts, you were probably signed in with a different Google account when you purchased Stronglifts Pro.
  3. Add the Google Account you purchased with to your device (see Google's guide)
  4. Set this account as the main account
  5. Restart your phone
  6. Check your order history again at Google Play
  7. If you see your Stronglifts purchase now, you can recover it using the steps described above.

My Stronglifts Pro Subscription expired. How do I renew it?

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Select your preferred plan

Alternatively, upgrade to Stronglifts Pro Lifetime.

I purchased Stronglifts Pro Lifetime on the website. It doesn't show in my Apple or Google Play subscriptions.

This is normal. If you purchased Stronglifts Pro Lifetime on the website, you bypassed the Apple App Store and Google Play. This saves on service fees which is why we can give you a discount. The purchase will only show inside Stronglifts > Settings > Subscriptions.

I purchased Stronglifts Pro LIfetime on the website but can't recover it

Login with the account that you used to purchase.

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Profile
  3. Log in with the account that you used to purchase on the website.
  4. Your purchase will show under Stronglifts > Settings > Subscription.

If this doesn't work, please email us from Stronglifts > Settings > Report an issue, and include a copy of your invoice.

I'm located in China and can't recover Stronglifts Pro

China's Great Firewall might be blocking the connection with our servers.

You can fix this by using a VPN to bypass these restrictions. Some Stronglifters have told us that they needed to use a foreign SIM with international data for the connection to go through.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to purchase Stronglifts Pro again if I switch platforms?

No. Stronglifts Pro works across both iOS and Android platforms.

If you've purchased Stronglifts Pro on the Apple App Store and then switch to an Android device, your purchase will transfer over. The same applies if you switch from Android to iOS. You do not need to purchase Stronglifts Pro twice. Your workouts will also automatically transfer to the new platform. There is no need to purchase twice.

How to transfer Stronglifts Pro from iOS to Android (or Android to iOS)?

Simply login with the same account on the new device. Your purchases and workouts will be back.

  1. Install the latest version of Stronglifts on both devices.
  2. Open Stronglifts on the original device where you purchased Stronglifts Pro.
  3. Go to settings > profile > login if you aren't yet. This will save your purchase and workouts to our server.
  4. Take your new device, open Stronglifts, and go to profile > settings > login with the same account.
  5. Your purchase and workouts will now be restored on the new device.

How do I recover my Stronglifts Power Pack purchased years ago?

Set your phone with the Apple ID or Google account that you used to purchase.

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Your Power Pack will be back

I tried to recover Power Pack but it didn't work!

Your device is most likely not set up with the Apple ID or Google Account that you used to purchase. The Power Pack was sold between 2014 and 2018. There's a high probability that you are using a different account today than back then.

  1. Check if Stronglifts shows in your order history (see above)
  2. If it doesn't show, find the account you used to purchase on your invoice
  3. Set your device with the account that you used to purchase
  4. Go to Stronglifts > Settings > Subscription
  5. Your purchase will be back

If this doesn't work, contact us from Stronglifts > Settings > Report an issue with a copy of your invoice. We will add the purchase to your account for you.
