Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for the Stronglifts Pro yearly subscription, you get a 7-day free trial. This means you can use all the features of the Pro version without being charged for the first week.
If you enjoy it and want to keep using it, you don’t have to do anything. After the 7 days, your trial will automatically turn into a yearly subscription and your method of payment will be charged. However, if you decide it’s not for you, then simply cancel the subscription before the trial ends and you won't be charged. You can cancel through the subscription settings. For more info, please see our guide.
When you sign up for the free trial, you will get a notification on day five to remind you of the upcoming yearly charge. In order to send this notification you need to grant Stronglifts permission. You will get the permission request after you sign up for Stronglifts Pro Yearly.
If you didn't get the notification or got billed by mistake, please read how to get a refund.
