How to Access Stronglifts Pro Lifetime Purchased on the Website

If you’ve purchased any of the Stronglifts Pro Lifetime plans from the Stronglifts website, whether it's the individual, Duo, or Family plan, follow these simple steps to access your purchase:

Stronglifts Pro Lifetime

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Profile
  3. Log in with the account that you used to purchase on the website.
  4. Your purchase will show under Stronglifts > Settings > Subscription (it might take a few minutes).

Stronglifts Pro Duo Lifetime or Family Lifetime

If you purchased the Duo or Family plan, your friends and family can get access by following these steps...

  1. Have your friend or family open the Stronglifts app.
  2. They should go to Settings > Profile, and log in to create an account.
  3. Ask them to take a screenshot of the Profile screen.
  4. Using your device, go to Stronglifts, then Settings, and select "Ask a Question" to contact us.
  5. Send the screenshots and your purchase invoice.

Please send the details of all your family members at once to reduce back and forth. Make sure their email addresses are clearly visible on the screenshots.

Once we receive this information, we'll grant access to your friend or family member.

How do I get access to the lifetime purchase?

I didn't log in after I purchased Stronglifts Pro Lifetime on the website!

Please contact us so we can help

  1. Go to Stronglifts > Settings > Profile
  2. Log in to create an account
  3. Go back to Settings and select "Report an Issue", to send your account information.
  4. Include a copy of your invoice with your email.

We will then add the purchase to your account. If you can't contact us from the app because you don't have an email client set up, simply set one up first. Alternatively, send us a screenshot of Settings > profile and your invoice to support@stronglifts.com

I logged in but the purchase doesn't show!

Two things may happen:

  1. Wait a Few Minutes: It might take a few minutes for your purchase to appear after logging in. If it still doesn't show after 30 minutes, please contact us.
  2. Check Your Account: Make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to make the purchase. Using a different account will not display your purchase.
  3. Contact Us for Help: If the purchase is still missing after 30 minutes, please contact us. You can do this by going to Stronglifts > Settings > Report an Issue. Don’t forget to include a copy of your purchase invoice in the email so we can assist you efficiently.
