Stronglifts makes it simple and easy to share completed workouts as well as your training program with your friends or family. This guide explains how to do this.

Sharing The Stronglifts Workout You Just Completed

Stronglifts makes it easy to share your new personal records with your friends or family. You can share the workout that you just completed like this...

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Start Workout
  3. Log all your sets
  4. Tap "Finish" to finish your workout
  5. On the workout summary, tap "Share Workout"

This will generate an image of your workout summary. You can share this image on social media, by private message, or via email.

Sharing Workouts You Completed Previously

If you want to share a workout you did in the past, you can do so like this...

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to History > List
  3. Scroll through your workouts until you find the one you want to share
  4. Tap the workout to open it
  5. Tap the share button in the top right corner

This will generate the same image of your workout summary. You can share this image on social media, by private message, or via email.

Sharing Your Training Program

Stronglifts also makes it easy to share training programs that you created with someone else. You can use this feature if you want your friends or family to do the same program as you. Instead of manually creating the program on their device, they can import yours. This saves them time and effort.

Here's how to share your training program...

iOS

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Programs
  3. Tap/hold the program you created
  4. Select "Share Program"

Android

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Programs
  3. Tap the 3 dots next to the program you created
  4. Select "Share"

Sharing the program will create a unique link that you can share with someone else. When they open the link with Stronglifts, the complete program will be imported into their account.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I create a program on iOS and share it, will it work for my friend on Android?

Yes. Programs created on iOS and shared with Android users will work. Same thing if you create a program on Android and then share it with an iOS user. The program will be imported on the device you share it with, whether it's running iOS or Android.
