How do I log sets on my Apple Watch?
With StrongLifts on Apple Watch, you can log sets from your wrist. Your iPhone gets each set at once.
Each exercise has its own page. The page shows the exercise, the weight and a big circle for the next set. The small circles under it show all your sets. If the exercise has warmup sets, they come first on a separate page with an orange circle.
Log a set
- Tap the big circle one time.
StrongLifts logs 5 reps and starts the rest timer.

Log fewer reps
- Tap the big circle one time. The circle shows 5.
- Tap the circle again quickly. Each quick tap takes 1 rep off: 4, 3, 2, 1, 0.
- Stop when the circle shows your reps, for example 2.
StrongLifts logs your reps and starts the rest timer.

When you log the last set of an exercise, the page shows "Done" and then moves to the next exercise. To go to a different exercise, swipe up or down, or turn the Digital Crown.
Undo a set
- Tap the big circle one time. StrongLifts logs the set and starts the rest timer.
- On the rest timer, tap the "Reset Set" arrow at the top right.
The rest timer stops and the set opens again.

Undo the last set of an exercise
After the last set of an exercise, StrongLifts shows "Done" and moves to the next exercise. There is no rest timer, so the "Reset Set" arrow does not show.
- Swipe down to go back to the exercise page. It shows "Done".
- Tap the circle. Each tap takes 1 rep off the last set: 4, 3, 2, 1, 0.
- Tap again after 0. The last set opens again and is not logged.
