How to Change Sets and Reps (Android)

You can change the sets and reps with StrongLifts Pro.

  • Start workout
  • Tap the weight
  • Tap setsxreps

Here you can select some popular setxrep combinations (like 5x5, 3x10, 3x12, etc) or create your own.

Currently the maximum is 5 sets of 50 reps. We plan to make it possible to log more than 5 sets (already available on iOS, coming on Android in 2022). If you need more than 50 reps per set, contact us at support@stronglifts so we can consider adding it.
