How to Restore Stronglifts Pro Subscription
If you've purchased a Stronglifts Pro subscription but are still being prompted to pay, please follow the steps below to restore your purchased subscription.
- Open Stronglifts
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Select "Restore Past Purchases"
If you're stuck on the paywall, you can restore your purchased subscription by tapping "restore" at the bottom of the screen. If none of this works, please try the steps below.

iOS: I tried restoring the Stronglifts Pro subscription, but it doesn't work
Your iPhone or iPad device is most likely not set up with the Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription. You can verify this like this:
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your photo at the top of the screen
- Tap Purchase History. Sign in if asked to.
- If you can't find Stronglifts, you were probably signed in with a different Apple ID when you purchased the Stronglifts Pro subscription.
- Sign in with your other Apple ID and check your purchase history again.
- If you see your Stronglifts Pro subscription now, the app will work.

Android: I tried restoring the Stronglifts Pro subscription, but it doesn't work
Your Android device is most likely not set up with the Google Account that you used to purchase the subscription. You can verify this like this:
- Visit Google Play or payments.google.com.
- If you can't find Stronglifts, you were probably signed in with a different Google account when you purchased the Stronglifts Pro subscription.
- Add the Google Account you purchased with to your device (see Google's guide)
- Set this account as the main account
- Restart your phone
- Check your order history again at Google Play
- If you see your Stronglifts Pro subscription now, the app will work.

I purchased the Stronglifts Pro subscription on Android. How to restore it on iOS?
Simply log in with the same account on iOS. Your subscription and workouts will show.
- Open your Android device.
- Go to Stronglifts > Settings > Profile.
- Note the account that you're logged in with.
- Log in with the same account on iOS.
If this doesn't work, your Android subscription may not have synced to our server. You can sync it again like this:
- Install Stronglifts on an Android device. This can be a friend's or family member's device.
- Add the Google account you purchased with to your Android device (see Google's guide).
- Verify that this Google account has your subscription. Visit Google Play or payments.google.com.
- Verify that your subscription works on Android. You should have full access to Stronglifts.
- On Android, go to Stronglifts > Settings > Profile. Note the account you're logged in with.
- Take your iOS device, open Stronglifts, and log in with the same account.
- Your subscription will work on iOS as well.
Alternatively, you can subscribe on your iOS device and cancel the subscription on Android. This way you can manage your subscription on iOS going forward.
I purchased the Stronglifts Pro subscription on iOS. How to restore it on Android?
