Stronglifts: How to Change Language

The StrongLifts App automatically shows in the language setup in your phone.

• Go to iPhone - settings - general - language & region - device language
• if you set this to English, then StrongLifts will show in English too.
• If you set this in another language, StrongLifts will show in that language.

There is no setting inside StrongLifts to change language at the moment.
