Stronglifts: Power Pack (Android)


We have added several new features since we first released Power Pack. As an early supporter of the app, we have given all Power Pack Users free access to these features as a token of appreciation.


For example, when Power Pack was initially launched, you were limited to Stronglifts 5x5 workouts A/B. You couldn't customize the main exercises, their order, and their sets/reps. However, since then we've added new features that allow you to create your own customized workouts A/B. You can choose the exercises, exercise order, and sets and reps you prefer. You can also remove the main lifts and replace them with other exercises. Those features were not available at the time of your purchase. They were added to the app in 2020. And we've added them for free to you.


We're always striving to improve the app based on feedback from Stronglifters, including Power Pack subscribers like yourself. Over the years, we received many requests for extra features like creating extra workouts C/D/E/F, logging more than five sets, adding exercise videos, logging Madcow 5x5, and so on. These requests were especially common amongst Power Pack subscribers. They frequently told us that they would be willing to pay more and upgrade to Pro if those features were added.


We took this feedback seriously and used it as motivation to continue improving the app. As a result, we introduced those features in the past 2-3 years and they're now available exclusively to Stronglifts Pro subscribers. The feedback has been phenomenal as Power Pack subscribers have been very happy that the app can now be used for more than just Stronglifts 5x5.


How To Recover Power Pack


If you purchased Power Pack and you are not sure if it is active, you can check and recover like this:

  1. Select "Settings"

  1. If it doesn't appear, select "Account" followed by "Restore Purchase"

If It Doesn't Work


  1. Install the latest version of Google Play and related apps - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms&hl=en
  2. Double-check you purchased with this Google account. Check your order history here - https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en
  3. Set the account you purchased with as main account. See "switch accounts" here - https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2521798?hl=en
  4. Restart your phone, check if the Power Pack features work now.
  5. Remove secondary Google Play accounts. Some people say they cause conflicts. Remove them so you only the Google Play account you used to purchase shows. See - https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2521798?hl=en You may have to restart your phone.
  6. Make sure you use official, unrooted Android software. We don't support rooted devices.
  7. Make sure nothing is blocking the connection with Google Play. StrongLifts needs to talk with Google Play to check that you purchased.


How To Transfer From iOS - Android


If your Power Pack doesn't show after switching from iOS to Android, try this:


  1. Android phone - settings - profile - logout.
  2. Install the latest version of Stronglifts on your iOS device.
  3.  iOS device - make sure you are logged in under settings - profile. This way all your data is backed up to our servers. Check that your power pack (try to access warmup)
  4. If all your Power Pack works on Stronglifts for iOS, take your Android device, go to settings - profile - and login with the same account as on iOS device.
  5. Power Pack should work on your Android device too.


How To Transfer From Android - iOS


If your Power Pack doesn't show after switching from Android to iOS, try this:


  1. iPhone - settings - profile - logout.
  2. Install the latest version of Stronglifts for Android. Update here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stronglifts.app
  3. Android - make sure you are logged in under settings - profile. This way all your data is backed up to our servers. Check that your power pack (try to access warmup)
  4. If all your Power Pack works on Stronglifts for Android, take your iPhone, go to settings - profile - and login with the same account as on Android.
  5. Power Pack should work on your iPhone now.


Will Access To Power Pack Be Removed


Certainly not!

You have lifetime access to Power Pack. We’ve supported Power Pack users for more than ten years, and have no plans to revoke your access.

Do I Lose Access To My Workout History If I Upgrade To Pro?


Definitely not!

All your workouts will continue to show, including your full history and progress graphs. You don’t lose anything that you have logged so far when you upgrade to Pro.



Do I Lose Access To Power Pack If I Upgrade To Pro?


Certainly not! You keep your Stronglifts Power Pack access forever.

When you upgrade to Stronglifts Pro, you get access to all the new training programs that you didn’t have before. If you cancel Stronglifts Pro, you will lose access to these programs. But you won’t lose access to Power Pack. The app will work just like it did before you upgraded to Pro.
