Workout and Exercise History

Stronglifts offers several ways to review the history of your workouts, exercises, and consistency.

History of Completed Workouts

You can review all your completed workouts like this:

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to History > List

You will find all your workouts, with the most recent ones at the top. Scroll through the workouts until you find what you want to review.

To continue a workout that you may have finished prematurely, simply tap the workout and start logging.

Workout Calendar

You can review the days on which you did workouts like this:

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to History > Calendar

You'll find a monthly calendar with red circles for the days you completed workouts. Many Strongliters use this calendar to track their workout consistency over time. A simple but effective goal is to aim for three workouts every week of the month, on the same day, without interruption.

History of Workout Notes

You can access all your workout notes like this:

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to History > Notes

You will find each note that you've added to your workouts. You can add notes in your workouts by going Start Workout > Tap note at the bottom.

Frequently Asked Questions

How to change the first day of the week in the calendar?

Your phone settings determine the first day of the week.

  • If your phone language is set to English (US), the calendar will start on Sunday.
  • If your phone language is set to English (UK), the calendar will start on Monday.

To change the first day of the week on iOS

  1. Go to iPhone > Settings > General > Language & Region
  2. Scroll down until you see "First Day of Week".
  3. Set this to the day you want.

To change the first day of the week on Android

  1. Go to your phone Settings > System
  2. Tap "Languages" > "Regional Preferences"
  3. Tap "First day of week"
  4. Set this to the day you want.

How do I edit a workout after it is completed?

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to History > List
  3. Open the workout
  4. Continue where you left off
