Some Stronglifters use Strava to track their running and cycling workouts. They do strength training to improve their running and cycling performance.
Stronglifts does not offer direct integration with Strava. However, you can use third-party apps to sync your Stronglifts workouts to Strava.
iPhone
Here's how to sync your Stronglifts workouts to Strava if you're using an Apple device.
- Install the app "Health App to Strava Sync"
- Open this app, log in with your Strava account
- Select files to sync > select Stronglifts > enable all fields
- Select "Sync Now"
- Open Strava
- All your Stronglifts workouts are now synced to Strava.
Android
Here's how to sync your Stronglifts workouts to Strava if you're using an Android device.
- Open Stronglifts > Settings > Google Fit > Enable.
- Install the app "Health Sync"
- In the base sync source: select Google Fit
- Select sync configuration: select the destination app "Strava"
- Accept the Declaration of Consent
- Tap Enable notifications
- Tap Check Google account connection
- Select the Google account linked to Google Fit
- Tap initialize Strava connection: Authorize health sync to connect to Strava
- Health Sync: select "activities" - Allow health sync to access physical activity
- Allow Health Sync to access your Google account
- Tap the sync icon to sync activities to Strava
- All Stronglifts workouts are now uploaded to Strava
