How to Log Workout Notes
You can log workout notes with Stronglifts like this...
- Open Stronglifts
- Tap Start workout
- Tap "Notes"
Notes are intended to be comments for particular workouts that you did. You can log details about the workouts to give them context. For example, if you had a hard workout in which you failed reps, you may want to add a comment like: "Workout felt heavy, should have slept more".
You can find all your notes by going to Stronglifts > History > Notes.
Logging Sticky Notes
Sticky notes show every time you do the same exercise.
- Open Stronglifts
- Tap Start Workout
- Tap "form" at the top
- Scroll down to "notes" (under the instructions
- Enter a note.
These sticky notes will show here every time you do that exercise. You can use these notes to store information that is permanently relevant to a particular exercise. For example, you could write down the pin numbers that you use for the uprights and safety pins of your Power Rack when you Squat.
Sticky Notes is currently an iOS-only feature.
