Auto-Lock Display

The Auto-lock Display setting controls whether your phone's screen stays on when you're not actively using it. Disabling this setting keeps your screen on indefinitely. While this consumes more battery life, it makes it possible to see your sets, reps, and weights in the middle of your workout.

You can enable Auto-lock Display like this on your phone:

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Auto-lock display
  3. Enable Auto-lock display

When you enable auto-lock display, your screen will automatically lock when you're not using it. This helps you save battery life and prevents accidental touches.
