How To Export Your Workouts

You can export all your Stronglifts workout data like this...

  1. Open Stronglifts
  2. Go to Settings > Export Data
  3. Your exported data will show as a CSV document
  4. Tap the Share button to email yourself a copy of the file

How do I view the exported data?

You can use any spreadsheet program like Google Sheet or Microsoft Office.

  1. Open the file in your spreadsheet program
  2. Your workout data will auotmatically be organized in columns and rows.
    1. Columns will show the workout name, date, sets, reps, weights, etc
    2. Rows will show exercises done in each workout.
  3. Scroll through the spreadsheet to analyze your workout history. You can use spreadsheet features like sorting and filtering to analyze your progess over time or compare exercises.

Can I import the workout data onto a new device?

No. But you can easily move your workout data from one device to another by creating an account.

  1. Old device > Stronglifts > Settings > Profile > Login. This creates an account and saves all your workouts to our server.
  2. New device > Stronglifts > Settings > Profile > Login with the same account. This will retreive your workouts from our server onto the new device.
